Hello. My name is < removed > My user id on slot madness is < removed >. On May 19th 2023 at 1:49 am, I won't a jackpot for $1314.81. and it was immediately reversed with not explanation. I have called the customer service number and there is no option to speak with anyone. I have emailed several times and each time, I get a response saying they will be in contact with me and I get a new reference number. But no one ever contacts me. How do I get this resolved in a timely manner?

Here's what happened...
First, you built your withdrawal using a free chip. The free chip allowed a maximum withdrawal amount of $100 (see attachment).
The excess funds were removed from your account, leaving the $100 in your casino account, for you to withdraw. You then redeemed free spins (which is the same as a free chip), without making a deposit following your first free chip. This goes against our terms and conditions:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

Subsequently, you did play your funds down to zero. Had you attempted to request a withdrawal, it would have been denied due to using two free chips in a row.
