Impossible to make a $100 withdrawal


I'm not too happy with slot madness casino right now. I redeemed a bonus code for $50, the playthrough was $1500 that I had to complete in order to cash out $100. My balance was at $700 when I completed the bonus playthrough then my balance dropped to $99.50 in a matter of seconds. The MIN/MAX cashout is $100. No over, no under. I went to live chat to cash out, thinking $0.50 off would be fine. The representative said she would cash me out, all I needed to do was "a few more spins to make an even $100 then she would be more than happy to cash me out." So I did, my balance is now $100.01. And now all of a sudden live chat isn't available to me anymore. I took screenshots of the chat box at the time. Please resolve this issue! Thanks in advance

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my email address. Had this been the case, I would not have received the auto-response from AskGamblers. Further, the document you've provided only scratches the surface: I still need to receive copies (front and back) of any credit card used, a copy of your state-issued ID and your wire details.

If you are unable to send this to me, you can always send this to AskGamblers--they'll be more than happy to forward everything to me.

Without receiving the documents and wire details, unfortunately, I will not be able to resolve your complaint.

I tried to upload and send my documents to the email provided , sadly. It rejected my request because the email that is listed could not be found!!! This is ridiculous. I definitely dont want to deposit money to this casino, already giving me the the run around the first time requesting to be payed out. AND GETTING REJECTED . WOW.
