Once again I am seeking help. This casino is so slow in paying out withdrawals.
On 11/12 I requested a wire transfer withdrawal for 900.00. On 11/28 (10 business days since my request) not seeing that the withdrawal had been approved I checked with live chat and agent (Tony) informed me that after checking my account he had escalated the withdrawal. Approval was well past the casino's timeframe:
Approval of Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.
A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period. Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame.
Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations.
Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.
Today is the 12th business day and it is still pending not approved. I can't even get help from my slot host because I was informed by chat ( and only found this out because I asked to speak to her) that she is no longer my host and when I asked who was my new host I was told "nobody is".
This nightmare is an ongoing experience with this casino.
Please help me resolve this. All assistance will be greatly appreciated.
