Delays payment twice, sitting in my account longer than three weeks
Hi! I have been gambling on Slot Madness for a while now and have submitted 2 withdrawals. One for $1504 on 11/1/21 and one for $2500 on 11/5/21. I verified myself through their program for the withdraw. I continue to contact customer service to ask the status of withdrawal and keep being told it’s been escalated and to check back in 2 days.
I have even spoken with a manager and they told me my acct was approved and was just waiting for the withdraw to be approved by the appropriate team (but that team is unavailable to speak with) and not to worry it would be soon. Can you please help me get my money?
