Delaying withdrawal and account verification forever

I received a bonus from the Slot madness casino and played thru all the mandatory restrictions and then I won $100. I was told before I could receive my funds I had to verify my identification. By sending a front and back copy of my ID and a bill not more than 60days old. So I sent all the necessary paperwork in Dec 2022. On the web page it says it takes 72 hours to be verified. It is now going on Jan 15,2023 and I have not heard anything from them. When I go to contact them they say there's you can contact them via live chat email or phone. There phone number in invalid they never responded to my email and when you go to push the live chat button nothing happens. I know they give you those free plays to get you to the casino to spend money and they probably don't expect anyone to play 40x more than the free play and still have money to be withdrawn but I did. Please help me get my money it about the principal of things

Your account has been banned our Fraud Team has found multiple accounts opened by you, using inconsistent personal information in an effort to defraud the casino. All this goes against our terms and conditions:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
