Delayed Withdrawal with No Response
I signed up for an account and received a free bonus. I played through the rollover requirement and sent my verification documents to the email listed on their site. It’s only a $100 withdrawal (maximum amount allowed for bonus), but it has been 2-3 weeks and have not received a response to my email. Sent a message from their site and no response. Phone number listed on their site prompts for a code…where you get that I have no clue. Their live chat button doesn’t work and other numbers to contact when I google it is disconnected. Like I said only $100, but I played by the rules, submitted the requested information and satisfied the rollover requirement they set and can’t even contact them or get a response so they can approve my documents for verification.
