hello everyone i have won 1300$ from a no deposit bonus since 25/02/2020 ( They told me that i can withdraw only 100 dolars because it's won from a non deposit bonus and im okay with that its not a problem ) and since then i Try to contact casino for about 4 months i still I got no reply back i have sent send my government issued Id and my proof of adress on 25/02/2020 the refrance of my email is # 5985285, i still have got no reply back since february, i have sent multiple emails no response from, I don't know why I am being ignored as I just want to verify my documents and make this withdrawal, I really need to withdraw the money that i won.

i have respected in this complaint all the terms & conditions of the non deposit bonus and i know i only can withdraw only 100dollars.
( you can find the 6 screenshots proof of that in attached files proof of emails that i ahve sent)

Hi Claire, Ayoub, Carolina, Titou, Souha--

I'm quite certain you can see the direction this is going. You have opened several accounts, using different identities, in various casinos within our network. In a nutshell, you've been committing fraud.

Now that we've become aware of this, it should be no surprise that all of the accounts we've located have been closed. The winnings from this account have been voided.
