Delayed payment of $1598
Slot Madness is not allowing me to make a withdrawal. I had to revalidate my account (ID, address & authorization forms), which I have done recently but they have not gone through. I need the documents "approved" so I can make a normal withdrawl of $1598 that I had won last week. This may be in process, but I have not heard back yet. I would like to make sure this gets addressed in a timely fashion, hence the submittal of this complaint. As soon as my withdrawl is allowed, approved and paid, then obviously this specific complaint would be successfully closed at that point. Thanks!
