Delayed and denial of winnings
Hello I have been trying to withdraw my winnings via a wire transfer on August 3, and August 4 and other dates.
Recently I requested to withdraw my $2500 and this is to be wire transferred into my Wells Fargo account. Again for the 11th time I was told yesterday to send proof of identification which I have done through email and chat with the slot madness representative. I am concerned that since I have been getting different information from different representative that something is not right but I have faith that ask gamblers will help me and it’s lot madness is a good site!
I have attached my supporting documentation. Slot madness chat representatives informed me over 10 times to send improve of identification I have sent my United States passport as well as my drivers license in addition they had me go to my bank and get a letter stating the swift code on it and other bank information which I did. I also was told to email the payments department and the documents department
