Delayed and denial of winnings


Hello I have been trying to withdraw my winnings via a wire transfer on August 3, and August 4 and other dates.

Recently I requested to withdraw my $2500 and this is to be wire transferred into my Wells Fargo account. Again for the 11th time I was told yesterday to send proof of identification which I have done through email and chat with the slot madness representative. I am concerned that since I have been getting different information from different representative that something is not right but I have faith that ask gamblers will help me and it’s lot madness is a good site!

I have attached my supporting documentation. Slot madness chat representatives informed me over 10 times to send improve of identification I have sent my United States passport as well as my drivers license in addition they had me go to my bank and get a letter stating the swift code on it and other bank information which I did. I also was told to email the payments department and the documents department

I just checked my withdrawal request for my winnings of 2500.00 and 110.00 to be paid via BITCOIN. I went on to my account at slot madness and it states “withdrawal approved.”
I also got an email from Tawni, a nice representative helping me get my winnings and she stated this in an email I received this morning
“ Hi Michelle—

I’ve passed your crypto address to our Payments Manager and I would expect your withdrawal to be approved and paid in the next day or so.

As soon as I have confirmation of the payment, I’ll update you through your complaint at AskGamblers.”

So this was good to hear but I will know once I get the winnings in my account. I’m waiting

Dear Aak Gamblers, I received an email from HooYu Support! HooYu support is the company that slot Madness uses to verify your identification documents. HooYu stated that my verification is complete and sent to Slot Madness, this email was sent on August 17 and since I have been verified there should be no more delays. As stated I chose Bitcoin for my winnings to be sent to. Please help! Thank you <full name removed>
