I can’t get any info, I don’t have all of my chat history but was told my request would be escalated and told to check back specific days and now get rude replies that just requote the time frame they’ve exceeded and won’t put me in touch with management. I was first told that my method was having issues but it was bitcoin not coindraw. In a chat I submitted my Wallet address a couple of times. I sent my ID documents multiple times as well. Only now it’s radio silence on their end.

Update it shows approved on Thursday or Friday, but still awaiting the funds. I did submit emails verifying my address (bitcoin). I did not receive the email saying it was approved, I saw it on my transaction history.
