Again waiting for an approval
Being frustrated is putting it mildly. I think that this is about the 3rd straight time that I have had a problem getting a withdrawal approved at this casino.
I have been having a problem for over a month with not being able to request a withdrawal and have numerous times asked for help in solving the problem , I have sent emails, live chats and notified my slot host of the situation to no avail. So on July 9th, one of the reps on live chat finally had to manually put in the request for a wire transfer for me.
On July 24th the request had still not been approved and again thru live chat I was told that it was being escalated and still nothing happened. Today, July 29th, I had to ask to have 950.00 in my account to be manually put in as a request for a wire transfer and was told that since no progress was seen on the escalation (the 800 withdrawal) done on the 24th that it was done again and to check back in 5 business days to see what was happening.
Today, is the 14th business day and the withdrawal has not been approved in spite of all the promises.
Once again, I am asking Askgamblers for their help and support in this matter.
