Hello my name is Robert. I have a complaint to make about Slot Madness. I started my payout on 5/17/21 they verified me on 5/ 27/21. I have not yet received my payout numerous chats with their chat department which leads to nowhere. I get the same response all the time " we are doing our best to get this paid our your payout has been escalated to our relevant team sorry for the delay" they gave me an email to contact them and I have sent over 12 emails to them with no reply whatsoever. They were telling me to CV contact them in 3 to 5 days. Now it's 24 hours for the past week. I have done everything they have asked of me and it seems like there purposely dragging this out. It is a bitcoin payout as well they have asked to verify my crypto address several times. This is getting very frustrating can you please help me.
