SIN CITY CASINO DON'T PAY PLAYERS

Last month, I signed up at Sin City Casino and took on their welcome bonus. I lost my first 2 deposit of 500. On my third deposit of 500, I won and made a withdrawal of 12000. I contacted support and made sure everything is correct and in order and that I followed the rules and finished the wagering requirements. Support let me know everything is in order and I just have to sent in my documentation. After sending in my documentation, support said everything is in order and I will receive my payments.



After receiving my first installment of 5000, i was told that i have to wait another month for the next installment.



After waiting for one month, i received no updates so I contacted support.



Support told me that payment will be processed asap.



After waiting for one day. I received an email from support saying that I will not receive my payment because they don't like my play pattern.



I will let you know about my play pattern right now. I picked a slot, keep spinning and spinning reached amount of almost 30,000 and kept playing thought I could win more. Then lost alot back and back to 12000. Nothing else. Keep playing the same bet size didn't do anything abnormal. I don't understand what they mean by play pattern.



Hope you can help me with it.

I am not part of any fraud ring as u mentioned.

can you please DOUBLE CHECK, i think you have made a mistake.

I don't know what you mean by game selection and strategy.

I just played slots with the same betsize throughout.

Don't know how else you want me to play.

A "material change" would mean one of the following:



1. Paying the customer. At the first stage when we considered player and her game activities to be legit and according to the terms and conditions/rules the withdrawals were being payed out, she received $5,000.00. Once we have obtained additional info about this player and connected her to the fraud ring, the paying stopped. I believe you understand that we will not be paying out further to this or any player we consider fraudulent.



2. Giving me an explanation of what she did which makes you believe that she is a member of a fraud ring. We have been investigating playing patterns of the players and the player in question and have found a clear pattern of bonus abuse. The identical pattern was shared with several other casino players within the similar timeframe, including but not limited to betting and game selection. I believe that you understand that revealing details of the fraud ring patterns openly on the forums is of no interest to our company due to high possibility of the abuse of this info by the same fraudulent players.

Unfair confiscation of legitimate winnings
Hello, A couple of days ago I made an account on Sincity casino and made use of the welcome package they offered. On my second deposit of 200 euro's I won a nice amount of 1450 and made a withdrawal. Now today they e-mail me saying only my payment is declined. I thought it was because I needed to verify my account but the e-mail didn't ask for any documents. So I tried to log in but my account was locked so I contacted support. After she checked she told me I wound't get my withdrawal paid but only my deposits returned (400 euro's instead of 1450) because players from the Netherlands were not allowed to play in their casino. Now is it that I always check the terms in all casino's I play and they have a long list of prohibited countries but The Netherlands is not one of them. Also I told her that when I made an account The Netherlands is an option to select filling in the details so that didn't make any sense to me either. She then replied that she was sorry and that the terms on the website were not updated yet but they will be soon. I mean good for them but then you can not apply these terms to my case since you haven't even posted them on your site. Luckily I have screenshots of it all and I will post them below. I have screenshots of the full chat log but I will just post the part where she admits that the terms are not even updated yet and of course the terms where it states the prohibited countries. I hope they see this and come to the conclusion that the way they handled this is just wrong and they should take responsibility for this since as a player you can only follow the term that are posted on the site. Else they can just make up whatever they want and tell you that it still needs to be updated. Thanks
