When I find a new casino I always check to see if I've already signed up. So when I signed up as a new player in July, 2014, customer service at Miami Club casino, said that if I deposited I would receive one free entry into their tournaments per week. There is always be free tournament on a daily basis. So the ones that I was entitled to were those who were entered by paying a fee. The casino said I never made deposits. I did. I played in one free tournament and today asked if I could be entered into another fee-based tournament. Miami Club Casino has no recollection of the offer. When I ask for a supervisor, he or she is always busy. When I asked for a manager he or she is not in. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager's name casino support says they can't give out the information. I have no files to attach as I did not keep the offer in my possession. In the future I will. Most good casinos will not deny you access to supervisors or to managers. This is what makes me suspicious of Miami Club Casino.
I would like help in making them keep their word or at least giving me a straight answer about recent mailings. I assume that the business office has a copy of every mailing they send out to prospective players.
