Having started this process at the start of November 2015. I have been waiting for a withdrawal of $107. Not much but enough to help. They constantly claim it has been sent via Wire transfer on 12th Jan 2016. However, as of 15th Feb 2016 nothing is in my account, nor my neteller account. I have filled in and sent back all paper work. Nobody is helping me, all live chats (transcripts saved) are unhelpful and repetitive. I have offered to send across bank statement to confirm.
