I joined on Mar 10 to have a little fun with a hundred dollars. When I signed up, I specifically avoided any bonus or play through requirements. I requested a refund of my money the same day as I joined, and have been through multiple chats, with multiple promises that have come up short each time. In fact, at this point, I consider it theft. I have done my absolute best to be patient, but no one has contacted me, and no one has offered me any proof that anything has been done at all.

The money showed up today, finally.
Though the entire lack of communication was very unprofessional, and the process was painful and slow, they did indeed finally refund the money.
I wont be back.
