Promises over promises and yet it never pays.


I won $800 in end of December. I requested payout in early January. It's March 9th and I still don't have my winnings. I keep getting the run around and hate being made to feel like I've been tricked. Contact them every week. They promised me I'd get my money by end of February. They told me it was approved in early February. Then they changed it... Feb. 24th was supposedly when it was approved. It seems to me that they continuously change the process and supposed dates of each point every time you talk to them. Then it's supposedly taking 1 to 2 weeks to hit my account from a third party processor. When before, I was promised I'd have my money by middle to end of February. I'm just expecting to never get my winnings. Never going back here. It's absurd and I'm beyond annoyed. I'm a new online gamer so this has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably never going to try any online casino again because of this. So disappointing.

I just today received the payout, finally, of 6 hundred something after bank fees and whatever other fees.. months after requesting. Complaint can be closed. -

my username is lillreddancer, but I'd rather none of my personal information end up on this thread because I'm only coming here as a last resort to resolve things. I've already chatted with online support countless times. I have also called several phone numbers and been in email correspondence with the withdrawals department. Last time I spoke with anyone over the phone in withdrawals I was told in a suddenly cold tone, "it should be there"... "look for an amount of roughly $600 as a deposit. It should be there. Look for it." And I explained it was not there. There's not many more ways to explain that it's not there. I have exhausted customer support's scripted answers. I never got my money. Supposedly it was sent to a third party processor and should have been in my account by now. I think it's been over 2 months now since I got in all of my authorization paperwork, which was sent January 12th as I just checked my sent folder. I waited and waited and waited, and then was told it was approved, and then given a scpiel about "if you give us your bank information we can send you an ACH deposit. It is much quicker and no waiting for checks to clear, etc etc" And was talked into thinking about it. I waited a bit and was told I had until it was sent to decide if I wanted ACH or check. I called and spoke with withdrawals about a week after that and asked if it was too late to ask for ACH. She said not at all, it won't mess up the process at all, it's either been sent or not so you can change it to ACH and it won't mess up the process. I was mildly annoyed already by this point and asked point blank when I am going to get my money? I was told for sure you will get it before the end of Feb if you request the ACH. Check will take a while to clear so more like early March for check. I chose ACH. It's 3/11 and still nothing. If it boils down to it I will gladly prove that I have not received a payout, if I need to show bank statements, but it is ridiculous that it's been months now. Literally months. Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
