Using desperate tactics


I posted a complaint against rubyslots for phoning over the past few days. I tried a no bonus deposit on there site like a week ago of 150$ so after hours and hours of pushing a button going nowhere I ended up where I started close to zero. But managed to pass the wagering requirements on 150$! Those who play slots know that's allot. like 4k$ At least. So this past few days I been getting a few phone calls from this toll free number and a voicemail or 2.. ; ). I answer it last night it's a promotion guy from ruby slots. He Said he noticed I hadnt played again etc. we talked about my account that I passed the wager requirements the week before I told him wasn't planning on playing anymore felt like b.s.. then he says .. he comes out with this epic offer he said "you deposit just 30$ right now I'll give 170$ no rule bonus no wager requirements etc. just 170$ real, well was a good offer i was gonna go ahead but instead told him sounds made up I asked him for clear details about any possible hidden "catch",, i said there's got to be a catch or something here I think This is to good he says that if I just won thousands of dollars that I I could go withdraw it immediately no problems and nothing on my account That would stop that. BUT! I am a Canadian critizen and Canadians are restricted from playing on rubyslot. I live in central Canada with my correct address on file along with a (1306) area code that he was phoning. It's is more than obvious! he knew 100% where he was phoning and and that anything i would deposit would only end Up as a donation.. If I did deposit that money (and won something ) they would simply say your Canadian and can't play or withdrawl etc. . Theres incidents posted on this site of people being closed down or hassled for less. I have no demands from them(my first complaint was rejected for this) I just want people to know how they are operateing. And to be careful Here's the original response from ask gamblers . And there's the 1888 Saturday and last night phoning me. Thank you

I’m very sorry for the delay in response, as I was away on urgent, personal business.

I understand your frustration/concern with the promotional call you received, but I would like to shed a little light on this.

There is a paragraph in our Terms and Conditions which clarify this subject:

“…Country Based Restrictions

Based on your country of residence, restrictions apply to playing at the casino, the use of bonuses, redemption of free chips and/or deposits via credit card. We retain the right to lift these restrictions on an individual basis. Carefully go through the constraints that may apply.

You may view all country restrictions in this PDF document or you can download it in MS Word format.

You can contact us in order to appeal for any country based restriction(s). The casino shall assess your account and make the final call based on your case…”

If the marketer inferred that you would be able to bypass certain restrictions, these restrictions WOULD have been lifted. An easy way to ensure this would be to ask the marketer to send you an email stating which restrictions would be lifted and what the parameters of the promotion entailed. This would cover both you and our casino for whatever the promotion may be.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
