1/28 - This is what Nikki in the finance department replied to my request of a status for my payment from 12/9:
It is taking 3-4 weeks for the tracking details to arrive. Since we do not provide updates I will recommend you to wait until tracking details arrive otherwise you will receive the generic reply “you will get it soon”. I know it is a long process, a painful one but we are experiencing a delay, and delay is delay not much we can do but wait just like you for the information. Rest assured you will be contact with the information as soon as we receive it."
So........ Ruby Slots does not provide updates on the Status of checks after 8 weeks of waiting and four weeks at the processor... They tell me
"It is a painful process and a delay is a delay - not much we can do"??? Really and I should deposit money in your casino why???? Can't call the processor after them having the request for almost 4 weeks???? In other words don't call us we will call you with the information..
What a joke when it comes to customer service when it benefits the customer.. When you need money deposited they will move mountains to get it done for you but when you ask the status of your payment that was requested almost 8 weeks ago... Can't give you a status because "they do not provide updates"...
Terrible customer service.....
