Stalling payment, cause there was no one there to review my documents?!

I tried to withdraw $500 of my winnings to my bank account. I made sure to send all the required verification documents. The casino deposited the money back into my casino account and could not provide a reason saying that they received the documents but no one reviewed them. There was more than sufficient time for them to be reviewed and i wrote to let me know if they required anything further and they didn't get back to me but put the money back into the casino. Getting my rightfully won money shouldn't be this much hastle.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. When I was in the chat I asked what email was associated with the account and they didn't know. They said to make sure that I specified the account name in the email with the verification and I did.
It still says that its being processed in the status and i'm still waiting for it to be deposited in my account. I will keep you posted.

The delay was caused by our automatic document mapping system not recognizing the mail with the attachments you sent as it was sent from a different e-mail address than the one you registered with us.
Both withdrawals (50CAD and 650CAD) have now been processed to your eCheck account and you should receive it within 3 to 5 business days.
