Sent me a bad $1,965 check


i deposited this check on 3/14/2018 for $1965 dollars i got this letter from bank and check back 4/4/2018 said they can not get payment from this bank even did exchange rate. I just paid land taxes $1900 on this waited 15 days. I would like for them to put all funds on debit cards i used at there casino ASAP so my checks don't bounce. The bank froze my account I write checks from for me for a few days. There is no phone number i can call but I did send this info to them and no answer from them. I did chat with the one guy but finance chat keeps kicking me off waiting a hour. This is bad when writing bad checks. I would go to court and jail for fraud and over $1000 is a felony here. Please help me solve this fast. thanks

They Las Vegas Usa just sent me a e mail said they sent me $2000 on 4/27/2018 a payment was made. It should be cleared in 10 days. By direct deposit wired to my account. Will let you know when its received. Today is 4/30/2018 thanks gambles

Thank you for the information provided. Please provide a copy (or screenshot) of your bank statement showing where this check was deposited and bounced. In case any fees for the returned check were charged please provide evidence as well.

This letter was from casino above as a reply to there check I received to cover bad check and they have all info.
I have sent my bank statement to them they requested showing there check was returned letter from bank showing it was returned with a copy of there check stamped by my bank. And talked to them on line 3 times and hopefully they are to send me the funds early this week.
Question to ask one self. Is the casino playing fair? Why would they make a paying costumer that's played there casino for years on and off go through such suffering waiting and losses the first time he won? I Don't understand why the casino does not even reply to Gamblers letters, What's going on with this casino? Are they a real casino licensed to be playing?

Very Truly Dan the guy with a real check from the casino that's can't be covered by there banks for a payment a real winning approved and processed by the Las Vegas Usa casino as payment for winnings.

Casino not paying me

I have been a player on this site for a long time and lost countless deposits totalling thousands and thousands of dollars. I deposit using BTC and never take bonuses so that I never have to worry about meeting rollovers or sending in copies of credit cards. I was playing video poker and finally won $3k I went to withdraw and found out you can only withdraw $1k max via BTC. Well that's my fault for not checking beforehand. I then found out I can request multiple $1k requests and they will pay two of them together. As soon as I requested payout I got emails from support saying I now needed to send in ID and a utility bill even though I deposited via BTC and had no credit card. I didnt care so I sent them the docs they required same day and I also received a call from their security dep and verified what they needed. I was told that my acc was verified and that I would be paid now. This is where support started becoming harder to reach, they would ignore my chat requests and 5 days in a row I asked to speak to a supervisor and 5 straight days I was told no I couldn't speak to one. I was told they were waiting on their 3rd party payment processor to send their next batch of payments. I simply asked them for a date of when that would be and they could not give me an answer. If they truly had a processor that was making these payments it should not be a big deal to say the next batch will go out in 2 days or a week or 2 weeks or however long as long as they stuck to that. What casino can't give you any time frame at all as to when your payout will go out? I also then found this site and saw multiple complaints from players also waiting on payouts that were told the exact same thing for months and months.

I tried to chat with support again and again simply asking for a date or a supervisor which they couldn't help with. On one chat the text did get a little heated and Maybe they would consider what I said rude as I asked the operator how they sleep at night knowing they take deposits but don't pay out withdrawals and a few other things along the same lines. I can't help but get angry. It is a rare thing to win gambling so to win and not get paid is the most annoying thing that could ever happen.
