Cool Cat Casino - Delayed payments, unjustified chargebacks on my withdrawals

On March 18th 2016, I won $10,000 on one game at Coolcat Casino. I immediately requested a withdrawal, broken down into 4 $2500 payments. The first withdrawal was approved on May 23rd for $1699. ($801 was deducted for some chargebacks + the bonus,). At the same time the second withdrawal was approved for $2500. I received a wire transfer in the amount of $3.548.00 on June 2nd. This was not the correct amount ($1048 + $2500). It should have been $4,199 ($5000 - $801 = $4199). So now I've received the 1st 2 payments which were short by $651. I am waiting for the third payment but Julie, my VIP Manager informed me today that there would be more chargebacks taken from the third payment. I argued with her about this because there is no reason for any money to be deducted from the payment. By now I should have received the last two payments because I was told by a manager that once the first payment goes out the other three would fall like dominoes, Each one should take about a week. There is no reason for the balance to be held up. I want my $5000 + $601 ASAP. I am very tired from talking nicely to Julie and am requesting your help in getting the balance due.
