Refusing to pay my winnings

I registered to the casino few days ago. I took bonus 25€. After finishing wagering requirements of 875€, I got left with 150€ in my balance. After contacting support they told me that I need to send in documents and convinced me to make deposit of 25€ to be able to cashout my winnings, After I requested withdrawal 150€ they told me that they are unable to cashout my winnings because apperantly my country Croatia is not allowed cashout. After carefull reading terms and conditions i found out that there is no sense in their statement as i complied with terms and conditions 100%. There is nowhere stated that Croatia is not allowed to register, deposit and/or play. m They are obviously trying to avoid to pay my winnings in any way possibe that is why am i asking for help here. Newest thing thay they did after i contacted them today is that they bllocked my account and blocked all Croatia ip adresses. Probably they will try to change terms and conditions, luckily i have saved the version uploaded when i registered. I just want to get my 150€ winnings that i won fair and square.

Payments delayed even though I am verified

I withdraw on Oct 8th 202. and already 6 days now but I haven't heard from them.

I sent them email but no response, even live chat I can't use it.

I was verified and no issue with anything as I know and always follow the term and condition of casino. And its not first time withdrawal.

I tried my best to be patience but 6 days of waiting and no response is unusual thing.

Withdrawal delayed without explanation with status confirmed

After validation process was fully completed and withdrawal bank wire details submitted to the appropriate address, my withdrawal status changed to confirmed from pending on Nov 16th. Amount is only 100$. Several discussions have happened since with online support and email support and still no money in my bank account. I am getting the same answers every time I inquire for a status. Empty promises and no results.

Withdrawal cancelled by the casino

I recently had two withdrawals cancelled by Malibu casino for the total of $3080.

The amounts were for $1040 and $2040.

These withdrawals were pending then the casino cancelled them and it now states the amount of $3080 is a (deposit debt adjustment).

Ive had several conversations with Malibu casino Custer service officers who told me they were going to notify finance and have someone contact me,I still haven’t heard anything from the casino.

Ive previously withdrew from the casino for a smaller amount and it took a few extra days then but I did receive my withdrawal.

Im a verified player with Malibu casino and my details haven’t changed.

I have attached screen shots of the above mentioned activities.

Withdrawal delayed, empty excuses and run around

On March 5th I signed up with Malibu Club casino and made a first deposit of $50 US while redeeming the Welcome 1st Match Bonus of 200%. After meeting the wagering requirements I had $426.15 US in the account and requested a withdrawal for that amount. The only withdrawal method available to me being in the US was the wire transfer. I sent in the required documents on March 5 and received confirmation they were accepted and approved. However, the withdrawal request still shows as "Pending" and available for reversal. I've chatted with multiple support agents and they keep giving excuse after excuse. Currently the story is that they are having problems with the finance department and processing the payment. It has been over 15 business days since I requested the withdrawal and sent in the required documentation but have not received payment. Will Malibu Club honor my winnings and issue me a payment? If so, when?

Delayed cashout

Hi! I contact you regarding malibu club casinos, so the day March 17 I played a free bonus of 15 Euros that I had to bet for 450 Euros and the maximum levy was 105 euro with which I won, and on March 18 I deposit from € 30 to withdraw my winnings documents already glie I sent them time ago so I sent an email to [email protected] to know if I should send something to refresh the result? not only that after 4 sent email I received no response and also an operator named Presley told me that they had problems with the terminal then had to talk to his manager and in the end we felt last Friday, March 24 where he said that the payment would be processed Saturday! Yesterday morning I rincontattato after almost half an hour and went into chat and left immediately without giving me any answers! Now I wonder is it possible that my withdrawal is still on hand and being that I used the account neteller for withdrawal should wait that long? at the end to 100 €?

No answer back to multiple emails

Hi, more than one month ago i won 100€ from the *** 1 HOUR FREE PLAY *** promotion. I sent 3 emails with no answer back for know if im able to withdraw after a minimum deposit of 30€(by the rules) or if im under some restriction(provenience area, multi free bonus played,exceed single bet limit, etc etc) or not. I sent 2 emails to [email protected] with no answer and one to [email protected], i found here in the comments reading the other complaints on askgamblers.com, with no answer too. The funny thing is that i keep receive, almost every day, emails from them asking me to play with their deposit and no deposit bonus. I do not contact live chat because, always from reading others complaint here on askgamblers.com, looks like you can not really rely on their operators. So, to end this complaint, is anybody there from Malibu Club Casino to answer me back and let me know what should i do? I do not want "try on my own" and than discover, after the deposit, im not able to withdraw. Thanks Loris

Payment still not processed although requested a month ago

I registered to malibuclubcasino on 9/16/16 and using the free no deposit bonus. I cleared the playthrough requirements, submitted all the required identification information and made a deposit for the amount required to withdrawl. After making the deposit the chat support person assured me that everything looked good on their end and that their finance department would soon process the withdrawal. It has been 1 month since then and I have check several times and keep getting told that their financial department is going to get it done right away which they have not and my withdrawal is still show as reversible which I would assume means they still have not started processing my withdrawal yet. They can't provide me with a valid reason why its taking so long or a ETA when their finance department will resolve the issue. Seemed like a legit casino at first but am beginning to think its not so honest.

Still no payment, withdrawal still pending after 7 days

hi i played a bonus, met all the requirements, spoke to them , told me to male a deposit which i did £30, sent all the documentations requested on the same date, since its been impossible to talk to tem , so im going nowhere its quite a bit of money to withdraw £632.72 so im getting really worried as i read all the comments concerning this casino, nobody answered on chat and all i get its closed due to inactivity argh frustrating please help

Stalling withdrawal & not providing response

My withdrawal request is pending for 2 weeks now. After the request I received an email with the confirmation and aksing for documents, which I emailed them back. Since then nothing more. Resent email multiple times to asking about status or if more information is required, not even a reply. LIve Chat friendly, but keep saying they are looking into it. I was lucky with the Casino bonus, met the wagering requirements, deposit 30€ as per their regulations and now wait for my money! Any help and assistance is appreciated.
