i was played redking casino few months before with bonus 3200% and this bonus i found from a forum, when i create account i ask to chat support that , am i eligible to this bonus, they told me that iam eligible and i can claim this bonus after my deposit, but it didin't work when i claim this bonus with bonus code, but supporter manually credit this bonus, i played with this bonus and won more than 1800 after full filled all wagering requerment. and i withdraw request for 600, but they didn't process this amount and close my account and told me that i have double account with my name, and email me that only one account for one player, but i asked them to please tell my early accont nam wich you identifyed me other account...but they didn't telling ,,,,,, i checked my all eamil, ......but i didn't find any other account infomation and i used only one eamil address to register the casino, and i belive that if i used same email it couldn't work. whatever they didn't inform me that wich is other one yet. ti already email them i made deposit after enquiry from your supporter , so if you have found any double account please inform me other name, but they didn't prove it yet, and now they didn't send any reply in my eamil. please help me to get my money. if they belive that i have two account then they should prove other account with my name and return my deposit back,,,,or if they can't prove that i don't have two account with my name, they should give my withdrawl back.

iam very sorry for that i couldn't reply with your time frame becouse i was out of place and i don't have any method to connectinternet in that place. but last they reply me in your complaint forum that they will reply to me but iam still inform you that they didn't reply anything aboutht this issue, so let me know what should i do for re open about this issue.

i got reply from casino redkings, they re opened my account, but they didn't process my withdrawl nor they didn't refunded my deposit becouse of using internet sharing. According to my opinion its realy unfair becouse it was not my mistake. I asked support that iam eligible to claim for bonus and their support agreed. They now replyed me that its human error that he can't findout. I agreed with it. you can hold winnings but its not fair to hold my deposit. They offered me that they will issue 200% bonus on next deposit but iam not going to deposit and play with such unfair casino...

i didin't breach any terms becouse. i was aked fist before i deposit that am i eligible to claim bonus. and your support agreed and alow me to claim bonus. so how it comes terms breach. it means that your support cheated me. if your support don't have available infomation then they should tell me to email responsible person.but they didnt do anything they agreed and i deposit. so how it breach terms.??

let me inform you that they credited back my deposit of 30 and 100% bonus and they proved that they are fair casino.
