I am filing this complaint regarding RealPrize's retaliatory account closure after I requested a refund of my $2,160 balance. On November 27, 2024, I submitted a formal demand for a refund of my balance. Instead of processing this legitimate request, RealPrize responded by closing my account on December 5, 2024, while still holding my funds.
Making matters worse, after closing my account, RealPrize's VIP department sent me an email on December 19, 2024, acknowledging my "high balance" and encouraging me to access it. This confirms they are aware of my balance but are keeping my account closed.
My refund request came after experiencing technical issues with their platform, including instances where game wins were not properly credited to my account, which I have documented with video evidence. I complained three separate times and each time they apologized and credited my account with a few free sweep coins. Instead of addressing these concerns, processing my refund, or allowing me access to my balance, they simply closed my account while keeping my funds.
I have maintained thorough documentation of all interactions, including:

The formal refund demand from November 27
The retaliatory account closure notice from December 5
The VIP department's December 19 email confirming my balance
Video evidence of the technical issues
All subsequent attempts to access my funds
