Didn't credit my 40 free spins as per their 300PUNCH bonus offer

Hi, I have found the welcome deposit bonus code 300PUNCE which is usable for 200% bonus plus 40 free spins on Deal or Alive slot. So, Last week I decided to claim the bonus after deposited $30 from my e-wallet account. I had received 200% bonus and played all down to 0. When I checked my 40 free spins on Dead or Alive slot then I found no free spins there. I tries to contact support which never exist. Support is always showing "offline". Could you help me to receive 40 free spins on Dead or Alive slot please?

Dear Askgamblers, my name is Sonia Islam. I had created an account from your site 7 days ago. I had claimed 300PUCH bonus code when I deposited. So, I got 200% bonus plus 40 free spins for play. I played very long time several slots and finally I met their 45X bonus+deposit and requested withdraw $472 for first time. Next day I got an email from casino asking my verification documents. So, I had sent them my verification documents ( My photo ID and an utility bill). Next day I got a reply where they stated that I have to send them another utility bill and a photo holding my ID card. So, I sent them another utility bill and my photo holding ID card. But they didn't accept my any documents and asked me to send them another utility bill and photo holding ID card again. So, again I had sent them my another utility bill's scan copy and a new photo holding ID card. These ways I had sent them 3 different utility bill under my name and my clear photo holding ID card. But they never accepted my any documents. In the mean time I reversed my withdraw request $472 and played down into $400. So, now my pending withdraw request is $400 now and almost every single day I am sending my photo holding ID but they never accepted and today they again asking me to send them another utility bill and another photo holding ID which is now impossible to me. Because, I have sent them all of utility bill under my name and I sent them many photos holding my ID card which taken on day and night times but they never accepted my documents and still now run around to complete my verification. So, now I am asking help from you to sort out my trouble where my documents are legit and crystal clear and my winnings are very fair and squire. Thank you.
