Crediting non-requested and unwanted bonuses to prevent withdrawal

MY username is xxxxxxxx. I wait for my money since 1/11/2017. I made withdraw to neteller 400€. Casino never wrote to me. So on 7/11/2017 i decide to send tham my documents. My documents were verified one hour later. Since than they never wrote to me what is hapening. They are saying only this all the time: Your withdrawal is still being reviwed I have sent the responsible department an email Asking to treat your case with high priority. Ther standard procedure is 48 hours. Here is obviosly that dont wish to pay. I had no bonus, I roll over my deposit several time

Hi I am disgusted with this casino, I was lucky enough to win £3046, and then after withdrawing the funds, they asked for documents, which I sent them and they have confirmed these have been fully verified. I have then contacted them serveral times, and they are saying "Following our phone conversation I would like to remind you that your withdrawal request has been put with the highest of priorities and once we have an update on the matter or have processed it we will further update you." The Above message was a week ago, which in my opinion is not professional at all, as they have not got back to me. Today I went on chat and they again told me that this case in in its most urgent priority, but I just think this is all a big blag, and looking on this ask gamblers forum it seems like other customers have experienced what I have experienced, please can you help me, as this has stressed me out so much, I no longer have trust in this casino. How can a withdrawal still be pending for 20 days even though I have had confirmation that my account is fully verified!

Yeah, so I'm not sure why you rejected my previous complaint, but here's some more proof for you to chew on. Like I've stated, this casino randomly shut down my account and stated that I had requested to freeze my account, which is clearly a lie. I happen to have the proof for it here and I'll attach it to this complaint. As you can see, the chat transcript with colors are authentic, whilst the one in black and white only is a fake - it's pretty obvious by the way its written that I do not write like that. So I hope you'll to let this complaint through as this casino is purely messing with their customers for no apparent reason. They were supposed to send me an email stating that they would "unfreeze" my account, but that has yet to happen.

I am trying to withdraw less than 200 euros but I can't pass their verification process. I have provided every document they asked for but they also wanted to have a photo of me holding my ID which in itself is not something they mention in their terms and conditions and is insulting to the customer. Anyway I sent it to them but they say the document is "not clearly readable" although it is very clearly readable and one can't take a better photo unless buying a better camera. I sent them three different photos of ID next to my face, each of them readable but they just don't want to pay.
