I registered at realdealbet.com at 2/12/2016 and won 8000 rubles. Whent I try to withdraw it I received an e-mail that I must send documents (passport, utility bill and photo of a card). I send it and received a letter thatmy documents are received and approved. Today is 7th day while I am waiting for my winings to my card. Support agent say every day that they will pay as soon as possible but I see that this casino dont want to pay.
