Yeah, so I'm not sure why you rejected my previous complaint, but here's some more proof for you to chew on. Like I've stated, this casino randomly shut down my account and stated that I had requested to freeze my account, which is clearly a lie. I happen to have the proof for it here and I'll attach it to this complaint. As you can see, the chat transcript with colors are authentic, whilst the one in black and white only is a fake - it's pretty obvious by the way its written that I do not write like that. So I hope you'll to let this complaint through as this casino is purely messing with their customers for no apparent reason. They were supposed to send me an email stating that they would "unfreeze" my account, but that has yet to happen.
