1. I asked the casino for withdraw of € 250
2. I was told that I would be contacted by e-mail to send the identity card, no one contact me regarding my withdrawal, I even don't know where to send my documents.
3. There are no response via live chat or email
4. Only once I had the pleasure of talk with chat and they told me that they would send an email to proceed with sending the document but I never did. My problem is that I don't know what I need to do so my money can be process to my account. I see that there is two cases at AskGamblers that are similar as mine

I saw how you reply to other strong case that the minimum levy was € 250 , well you respond to me as you did with them

hi askgamblers , as you see it from the beginning of March I had asked to withdraw the money from the casino , this is no longer a withdrawal of 250 € , but I managed with that money to win another 250 € and now I have asked to withdraw € 500
if you fail I will write email to programs on TV as (LE IENE) I'm sure that will help me

to me they can not respond with the excuse that they used on people denouncing like me , you read well over 250 euro minimum withdrawal time ( 5-10 days ) , do a calculation of when I asked for the withdrawal and let me know : D you are attaching the file and I close by saying , one day they too will go to the presence of the lord and when they will ask you why you have not paid it will respond (THIS IS MY LAST POST) THANKS
