Delaying process of payout, not happy

I'd like to make a compliant about Hopa, on the delay of a payout. The terms stated 48hrs for pending requests, on which it asked me to send documents which i did.
Still no progress with my payout, and I requested it on 9/4/18. Not even an update email or anything. I did go onto live chat, and the representatives were fantastic, great customer service, however I am getting different replies when I ask for an update. One rep told me I would receive an email yesterday regarding payout, another told me sorry there has been a back log with documents. Not sure what's going on at all.
I understand it's a long process for all involved, however when they are saying my docs havnt even been looked at yet is really off putting and irritating.
As a newcomer to Hopa, it's a great games site, brilliant bonus and excellent customer service, however the process of payout and the lack of communication is awful.
Not put me off Hopa fully as when I get my payout I will be contributing some of my winnings back into the company, however I'm quiet furious for the fact that payment is taking so long. It's been pending for 4 days now, and still nothing... Not including the other 3-5 days for it to reach the bank once it's been processed.
I'd like to keep my custom with Hopa, but this is letting them down each time another day passes.
