Problems with $1,500 withdrawal


its been 6 weeks since trying to withdraw, (1500.00) I have been patient and have live chatted and talked on the phone, they keep telling me I will get paid, they have all the required docs. also keep telling me they will call me back to get this resolved, but still waiting for the call. I have been playing on this site for a few years and they happily took my deposits with no problem, now that I am trying to take my first withdraw they have excuse after excuse on why I haven't been paid.
