Hi mate,

i have bad english and i hope that you understand me. Excuse me.

I'm italian and around the net, i have read that in this site, work (and helps) < name removed >.

I admit it: Cindy will be 100% American, but his last name is for me a guarantee!

I have play by depositing money with advantage of the bonus (ok requirements), I win $ 1,400. That was March 22 last year. I have given to Prism all relevant documentation to verify my identity. I asked to withdraw and after 8 days have passed (attach screen).


Why, the wait is too long?

After 8 days of approval, i dont have fund in my wallet!

I asked for explanations to support casino and this is their response:

"Our records show the issue with the payment was already been sent to the Escalations department. As soon as the information is ready you should receive an email from the finance department with the payment details"

In Italy these rules would be punished by state authorities.and this behavior is a crime.

I tell you that they would remove the government license, and would be investigated for fraud

What can i do? What is your advice?

Can you help me? If not, it's no problem, i undestand it.

at this time (8.50 pm in Italy) not yet.

I write to the casino last mail, just now.

I do not like people who make clever, and who feel strong because they are distant.

I do not know what to do, and do not know how to behave with this bad people.
