Hello. After i saw several complaint about the casino withdrawal policy i decided to tryout to make a complaint.
So basically i won 100$ on prism casino my documents were approved at 08/05 and 12/05 my withdrawal was approved as well.(that means my wire details were fine, everything were fine.
So they said its gonna be 7-10 working days until its gonna be sent, which is over like a couple days now, they blocked me 4 days ago from chat, and theyre not responding to emails as well. Before that, always the same answer came : "dont worry about your withdrawal, you will get it. Looks like theyre spinning the circle with a freakin copy paste all day long, except to payout the client
