BonanzaGame Casino - Payouts delayed since June

Dear Askgamblers!

Bonanzagame Casino is not paying out my winnings since June. I initiated 9 payouts since 22th June (in total of 8100 USD), one payout request was approved but not arrived, 8 other requests were not even approved yet (see attached nr.1 screenshot below.). The casino is giving no explanation on the delay.

The communication with the Casino has stopped cc. a week ago. They are not answering my e-mails, this is why I'm submitting this complaint. (In fact they did not pay a cent since my previous complaint was closed here.)

My last approved payout request from 22th June (which was approved on 10th July) has not arrived to my bank card yet. I wrote a lot of e-mails, but it seems that Bonanzagame Casino is not intending to solve this problem. (See the e-mailing with the casino as attachment nr2. below.)

I don't know if this is usual, but I had to send all my transaction data from my bank account to prove that the cashout has not arrived to my card. Please tell me if this is a normal procedure. They know now about every money movement I made in the last month.

But all this has not give any result, because the Casino seems not to know whether he has processed or not this payout transaction.

If it is necessary I'll send all the proofs in a non anonymized form to you.

Please help me to recover my funds, and to restore the communication with Bonanzagame Casino.

Please answer to the first part of my complaint too: When will you intend to approve my payouts enlisted in attachment nr.1?

Of course I understand that it is very difficult to send my payouts to my bank card, I saw how problematic this is in the past months, as I was waiting usually 2-3 weeks on every transaction.

Taking in consideration these difficulties and delays regarding the card transactions I don't understand why don't you try to use some of the e-wallet methods as I request and would prefer? These options are faster and more simple to use.

Your application has been processed. We try to send money on your withdrawal applications as quickly as possible and always follow the process of fund transferring.
We ask you to write here or to the Financial Service and confirm that you have received on your card the money on the applications closed on June 5, June 16, June 22 and July 10.

As I know Askamblers is always inspecting every complaint before they publish it, and there is no obstacle to post more complaints if the player's issue has not been resolved.

In the complaints category there is even a separate chapter for "Delaying payments", so I don't think, that my issue would be noth egough serious, or not worth mentioning.

I wrote this complaint when you stopped to communicate with me and my approved payment has not arrived for almost a month.

Regarding your T&C ("Payment is usually made within 12 hours from the time of registration") I should have succeed to completely cashout my funds from my Bonanzagame casino account already, but I have still pending withdrawal requests even from June.

I ask Bonanzagame Casino to give me an explanation on these delays, and offer a shedule plan here in public, to show what can I expect, in what time frame the Casino intends to approve and process my withdrawal requests.

It seems that Bonanzagame presumably misunderstands the essence of my complaint. My complaint regards on those payments request which were not approved yet, and not on those which were processed already.

None of the payments referred above by Bonanzagame were on my payout request list which I attached as attachment1 to my complaint.

Dear Bonanzagame, please outline a plan in what term you intend to send me those payments which are listed in the attachment1. You can send me obviously this information to my private e-mail, if you wish.

Also please inform me what it would cost to send money trough skrill or neteller (what commisions would these payment providers apply)?

Taking in consideration that I have payout request even from June, but the casino terms inform players about fast payouts, this complaint should be closed only if I succeed to withdraw all my money from Bonanzagame account, or if a comforting shedule plan on processing my withdrawals is given by the Casino.

There is one thing I can't understand. Now Bonanzagame has approved one payout request from the list above (which was made on 29th June), and HALF the requested amount arrived in 5 bank days (this is the first time, that the money arrived in time), BUT I got only the HALF of the requested amount! (?) My name was published on the casino's site "recent payments" section with the full amount...

Why is not possible once that a withdrawal is arriving in a non "erroneus transaction" way? (1st question).

2th question: when will this issue investigated, and when will I get the other half of this transaction (transacion requested on 29th June)?

3th question: I still have not get from Bonanzagame Casino a shedule plan of processing the withdrawals listed in my 1st attachment, please provide one, or at least tell me why is this not possible?

4th question: Although I accept the explanation about errors you gave regarding the previous transactions, which were processed and finally arrived - I still have not get any explanation on delays regarding the transaction requests listed in attachment 1, wchich were not even approved yet (exept the 29th June payout request which arrived in half..). What is the problem there? Please inform me.

My complaint is regarding to a previous complaint with the title "BonanzaGame Casino - Payouts delayed since June". We made a deal with the casino on scheduling the payouts and it was working fine for a wihe, but since two weeks Bonanza game is tricking again, and broke our deal. They can't held the 500/week payout plan.


I've attached the screenshots which shows how they are acting paying me 50 USD instead of 500 USD/week.


Please help me, I really don't want to harm they reputation, but this is pure cynism in my opinion.

Because Bonanzagame was not giving relevant answer in the past weeks I tried to contact the casino's license issuer (license No: 1668/JAZ) and 'supervisory body' named Curacao eGaming to ask them to help me to solve my problem.

Curacao eGaming authority didn't reply to my e-mails.

I couldn't understand how a license issuer can afford to ignore a complaint so I made some searches and found, that it might be possible that Bonanzagame Casino does not even have a valid license.

The validation link from Bonanzagame Casino's website goes to the anonymous seal status page of the trade name Curacao eGaming (cp.certria.com), which recently confirmed for an online gambling forum, that these seal statuses are not to be accepted as valid license certificates.

Might it be that Bonanzagame Casino is not licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao as they declare on theyre website?

Dear Askgamblers please look at this information if it is accurate, and if I was wrong please inform me as well.

Please inform the other players here on Askgamblers.com if it is confirmed that Bonanzagame Casino has no valid license, to make them avoid this possible scam.

I got 100$ today. Still more than 1K is on my account. From October 2017 (so in the last 4 months) I got 1050$ in installments of 50-150, so its seems there is still a long way to go for this 1K...

Almost 3 months ago, on 12th December Bonanzagame wrote here in the complaint: "Your application for withdrawal of funds in the near future will be processed in full, we ask you to have patience."

I'm happy with these small installments of course, because this is better than nothing. But this procedure is far away from a satisfactory handling of the problem. Also it is far away from the "Fast-Payouts" self-promotion on Bonanzagame Casinos's main page.

Bonanzagame has payed me 100 usd on 19th March. This was the last time I hear about them. After this complaint was closed here as unresolved they stopped to pay. Now I have 900 $ on my account, which is a part of my last withdrawal request returned by the casino officer to my gaming account. Maybe Bonanzagame Casino will not pay me out this remaining amout, so I wanted to update the community with this essencial info regarding my case. Almost after a year of dispute my winnings were not payed out completely by Bonanzagame Casino.

Dear Askgamblers please reconsider to advertise and support a Casino which is not compliant to its own terms, and is not paying out its players for almost a year.

Bonanzagame Casino could not even give a proof of having a valid licence yet.
