Payout delayed since march 2017


I won 2,000 on 3/15/2017 and requested the payout. I submitted all of the required documents as per the written requirements. They were approved 3 weeks later. After that they stated my bank did not accept ach for withdrawals. I requested a check for the withdrawal amount of 2000.00. I was told they didnt do withdrawals for this amount and they have two send two checks. Well they sent one check in May. I have been contacting them every week since and i get the same response, the request has been escalated and i have to wait for my check. This is highly unacceptable i explain all they say is they cant reach the finance dept and they are having delays and they will process my check soon.
I am so disappointed with this i had to write to tell this experience with this casino. other casinos pay on time and this one is ridiculous.

I don't know what you did or said to them but whatever it was it worked, I tried for 5 months to get all of my money to no avail and you contacted them last week and I got my check today,,,, awesome. I really appreciate you being a voice for me. Your efforts made a huge difference. If it wasnt for your help I'd still be asking about my money and getting the runaround.

I was told back in may the withdrawal request was escalated to the finance dept. As per the casino reply from my compliant the withdrawal was just sent to the finance dept. I am so frustrated with this process and lies . I've been lied to since back in march about my withdrawal requests on several occasions when contacting them on chat and speaking with several vip hosts, the last vip host i spoke with said himself he was going to send the request to finance dept, and I should be patient, this was back in June and July. According to the casino reply to my complaint the request was just sent and they expect a tracking number sometime this week. As of this reply I have not received an update on the status of the tracking number. I'm still without my money.

I'm so very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've arranged to have your payment sent to our processor (it was sent off yesterday)--I would expect I'll see the tracking on this sometime before the end of the week, this coming week.

As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
