Payments of my real account balance have been declined and then wiped


I won a jackpot of just under 5000aud plus another 700 on roulette all with money i deposited not free spins wins etc. I was told on the phone when i signed up that i would be able to withdraw any winnings but 500 per week max and i chose the option not to have any bonus bets as i just wantes to play with my own money. In December last year they payed my 500 into my account. Then i requested another 1000 it got approved but was never payed into my account but was deduced from my account. Since then i was payed 685 and 380 into my account but that was deducted from my balance also so was not the original 1000 that was missing. I emailed the other day to ask whats going on and i since been told that the rest of the money in my account is won on free spins so will be wiped. And that i got payed 2309aud so far which is not true. I am very unhappy with how my account has been handled. I just want all the money im owed

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with sufficient information and evidence to confirm the CrazyWinners Casino actions in this particular case as justified and in compliance with their terms and conditions. CrazyWinners Casino paid this player according to their terms:

5.1. All Deposits of 249.00€ or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance. Deposit bonuses used during a play session that results in a pending withdrawal request, are also 'Non-Withdrawable' and can be deducted from that particular pending withdrawal.

A player was paid 500AUD more than aforementioned term due to the technical error.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as resolved and it is being officially closed now. In a case of a disagreement with our decision, we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for CrazyWinners Casino.
