Payment voided because of unfair accusation of multiple bonus taken
Hello askgamblers. About a month ago i took a no deposit bonus of 15 on this site. I wagered it and i requested a cashout of 150. I send documents they were verified, but then i received an email saying i took multiple bonus, which is 100% not true, because i always take only one no deposit bonus at every casino. Then they started to say that i have multiple accounts - oxana2480@hotmail.com ( which is mine, and only email i ever had on my entirely life) and [email protected] ( which doesnt even exists on hotmail database). But heres the deal, when i requested withdrawal via skrill, i have this email adress there to oxan2480@hotmail.com, because when i register the skrill account i misswrited oxana2480@hotmail.com but ive added the right adress and everything its all right, so they saw that and now they are trying to say that they have also and email [email protected] on their sistem, which is again a even bigger lie. You can see that in my screenshot i took.
