I wagered only a small amount and won £50.00, made a withdrawal which is took 48 hrs to go from pending to waiting.

I saw an email stating I need to send in documentation, surely if there is an issue with confirming age or i.d then no further deposits should be allowed, which was not the case.

Any ways I had send in my passport , which they say was chopped to which I was actually holding it, and a copy of a ulitiy bill.

The next day I get an email saying now they want my card emailed to them, the debit card is very old and not ledge-able in anyway, I have sent this over now to be told I need to wait 72 hrs plus another 5*-7 days.

I have never had any problems with any other company and for such a small amount I do not see what the fuss is about.

They are quick to take 5 card payments from me but when I want to withdrawal there are barriers everywhere, do not use avoid.

I have asked for the account to be closed and it seems to be throwing money down the drain with no change of getting it back.

We have looked into the complaint raised by the player. We can confirm that the player was asked to provide supplementary verification documents, some of which were cropped. We asked the player to provide a clearer copy along with a copy of the card(s) used to deposit into her account. The initial request was sent on the 7th September. We are happy to confirm that all documents were confirmed received and accepted on the 12th September. As such the player's withdrawal for £50 was processed on the 12th; we would expect this to clear within 2-4 business days.

Still not had this withdrawal yet so your timescales are all wrong

We can assure you that the withdrawal was processed as described above. Unfortunately, we have no control as to when it is credited to your account, that part of the process is down to your card issuer or bank. We find it usually takes between 2-4 days, however we are aware that some banks take as long as 6 working days. Please keep us informed as to when it clears to your account, and if for any reason it is still not showing after 6 working days please contact our Customer Service department so we can trace it with your bank.
