I won $300 on April 3,2017. I have e-chatted with customer service numerous times. I have been told to be patient, that my file has been escalated and that my payment will be sent soon. It has been two months since winning and I have still not been paid. I began contacting them April 27, 2017. I have contacted them approximately 6 more times since then. They have given me the run around about payment each time.

Hi Angelinhades--
I'm really not certain what you expected me to tell you, other than what is accurate? Your payment was sent off and this morning, I've received the tracking. According to the tracking, the payment is set to be delivered this morning by 10:30.
Regarding the amount of the payment, you used a coupon (WELCOME) and deposited $30. The terms of the coupon was 10x max withdrawal, meaning you were only eligible to withdraw $300 and the balance was removed from your account.

Hello,
I was told in a chat May 15, 2017 that payment was sent for processing. I have also been told in chat that it has been escalated several times and marked as a priority. I originally won over $1500 and was only approved for $300. Nine weeks have went by and I am still waiting. You are telling me the same thing I have been told in e-chat.
