Still waiting on my payment

Started contacting online casino operator and emailed VIP manager in January 2017 asking when I would be receiving my check. Finally received an email on 1/21/17 from someone in the finance department stating they had received all my documentation needed.
We are now moving into February still have not received any information stating when I should receive my check. Finally after many attempts via e-mail and online chat support I received an e-mail on 3/3/17 stating they could not send a check I had to send all my banking information for a wire instead. I did that and now we are at 3/15/17 and still no money. Four months a lot of personal information being sent many e-mails not answer and I'm still sitting here with no money.

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see your payment was sent off to be processed on the 20th. With this in mind, I would expect the funds to be reflected in your bank account, early next week (if not, already).
