After having every document been veryfied, I made my first withdrawal request on 12th of August 2017. Nothing happened for about 2 weeks, so I put it back, played again and tried a seccond withdrawal on 31th of August 2017.
Support said, finance Team is highly in Charge of it and very busy. Normal pending period via Neteller was 5-7 working days...
After one month without anything happening, the amount was automatically put back to my account on 1st of Ocober.
I reduced the amount and made my third try of a withdrawal on 12th of October for 658.50 €.
I fear it could be put back automatically, again on 12th of November...
There is no Bonus in use.
What can we do? Thanks for helping!
