I had request a withdrawl with this casino one month before, unfortuntly the amount is still in my casino account not yet processed, I made many update through ticket submit systems.

Three weeks before i got an update from thier cashier department that they will porcess the amount on that week or next week laterst, But, three weeks already pastaway after reciving this email, my winning amount not yet recived, iam still waiting for my money, i sent many updates after this email, but i didn't get any reply from them. whenever i asking through chat section they also forwarding email regarding this withdrawl, and also informed they don't have perfect infomation in accounting department. so can you help me to get my winnings.

I just inform you that this is my second withdrawl, and they already aproved my utility bill and processed my first withdrawl, then how its come wrong adreess in my second withdrawl? they given me wrong infomation, is the reason that iam an indian, so that i cna't take any acton on it, if given wrong country so, t they should found it in my first withdrawl that they took more than 14 days for verification to process my withdrawl, i sent the my docuements in first withdrawl. and i bleive that no one can't deposit thorough moneybboker if theire country used as USA. i made depsoit thorough moneybooker becouse in india. then why the pamper casino lie to me ?

The player selected country as "United States" at the time of signing up even though he is from India. Entering a wrong address at the time of signup is a violation of our terms and conditions. The player's account is now closed and will not be reopened. A prior withdrawal was processed to this player's account due to an oversight in Accounting. Since the player has already been paid an amount more than his total deposits we consider the matter closed.

first i want to tell u that this is very wrong and unaccptable, i didnot put my country as USA, this is realy false, thy alredy verified my adress and utility bill in my frist withdrawl and they accpted and process my withdrawl too , this is my Second withdrawl and they keep me more than 35 days, at last taking this dicission. they already email me that they are aproved and going to process with in 2-3 days when i requested for withdrawl, here you can see theire email. and i have a qustion also can i deposit through moneybookers if i used my country as USA? is there any casino accept moneybookers if theire contry in usa? i used to deposit moneybooker there ony accpted in my country. i don't know why they give me the false information, but iam sure that i didn't do any false in my address. and this is not accpteble that identify in my second withdrawl after aproved my documents, in my first withdrawl. then how can it come false in my second withdrwl.

after reciveing this email i wait for one week so i replyed them again regarding my withdrawl.

There are 2 signups for our site. First is for the casino here :


This is where the user entered the country "United States"

And then there is the second signup for the cashier when he/she attempts to deposit. During the cashier signup, the player selected the correct country (India). Regardless, even if he had not selected the correct country there he could have gotten to the moneybookers deposit option by changing his preferences from "United States" to "International" in the cashier.

Our accounting department did make a mistake in processing the first withdrawal when they did not see the wrong country entered in the casino signup. We have now caught that and will obviously not be wanting to repeat that mistake.

thankyou for emailing, and inform me that you have two registration form , i didn't understand that how its come my country as united state, you can verifiy my address field that i filled with India, and my state filled with Out side from USA/CANADA, so it happend by mistakely, or some error, but main fault is your cashier department didnt found when i sent utility bill to them, i didn't cheat any rules from you, once you notifiy me when i sent the utilitbill, i will request update, you shuldn't consider this error as vailation of rules, its happened as manually fault. this may happend with some time my error or maybe with your system error, youshould check my address filled there i put india and in state fieled i put as out of usa/canada.
