I will keep this simple. I made 5 deposits with bovada in the amount of $64.14. When these transactions are processed through my bank the debited amount is around $67.43 including their fees. I am also charged an international transaction fee by my bank which is about $2.00 per transaction. Bovada debited my bank account 8 times for the 5 transactions. I was also charged an overdraft fee because of their errors. In total bovada took about $245 that doesn't belong to them. You can clearly look at my documents and see this is a fact, and they admit that it happened. It's has been one week since bovada admitted their errors and I still haven't received any attempt to be refunded.

Bovada did contact me yesterday in reference to the the charges debited from my bank account. I spoke to Shawn who was very professional and courteous. He stated he would contact the deposits team and give me a call back. Upon checking my Bovada account today there is a $180 credit. It's not quite the $240 that it actually costed me due to MasterCard fees and international fees charged by my bank, but I'm definitely happy to get the $180. Thanks Shawn and Bovada for correcting the errors. You can consider this matter closed.
