I won $300 from Cool Cat Casino. The first win was at the end of February of 2016 and then another several weeks later at the beginning of March of 2016. My host, Jennifer, has continuously said that they are just waiting for the processor and it will be any day. She has said this for well over a month. Their sister casino suggested I apply for this international prepaid card so that they could put the money on it and it would be faster. I did and received the card almost 2 months ago. I've requested managers and supervisors who all claim that my money will be expidited. Still nothing happens. I can forward all corresponding emails if requested. I am so frustrated and angry! I even won $100 at Dreams which Jennifer also handles. I don't know what else to do or say. I haven't played very much if at all since. What else can I do but turn them in to the Federal Department.
