My name is Mark and I have played at Cool Cat Casino.

I am not even really sure if I have the right to complain yet, but I am not even sure if I am complaining LOL.

On September 15th 2010 I withdrew winnings in the amount of $1,000 and it was approved on September 27th, which from other complaints in here that is a miracle. I was told that the payout would be made after a seven day waiting period well it has now been 8 days, yes I know I may be jumping the gun but with all the complaints in here I thought maybe I better at least say something.

Cool Cat in all honesty so far has been very nice and understanding. I have sent several emails to the casinos manager and to the live chat forum. Now they are telling me that the payout will be sent out early in the week or at the end. I havent received any new emails from the manager. I am sure he is busy but I just have been made very nervous by all the complaints in here. I have saved ever single cotton picken email and chat about my payout. I realize that they took out $105 for fees and I have no problem with that I just want my $895. I really don't want to wait six months. I know I am no better than anyone else. I did make some promises to Cool Cat and I intend to keep them as long as they keep their end of the bargain. I must say that I have been treated well, no one has locked me out or treated me with disrespect. Can't blame a guy for being nervous right?

So I guess what I am doing is just letting you know the journey has started and I will keep you informed.

Our standard payout time frame is as follows 7-10 business days to approve and 7-10 business days to process. Your payment is scheduled for this week and the 12th is actually day 10 so you can expect the payment to hit your e-wallet between the 12th and the 13th. Please let me know if you have any further issues.

I was just told by the withdrawl department that my payout was paid out today on the 12th into my ewallet express account which I knew nothing about. I thought they were sending a check. That is great news except ewallet takes a 10% fee which is ok cause I mean at least I get it. Yet I it will take seven days to transfer to my bank which kinda stinks but at least I will be getting it. So I will keep you informed.

Well guess what the money is in my ewallet express account. I am extremely happy. I think there is one thing to be learned from this experience. I realize that some new online gamblers do not know how online casinos work and they don't realize that they can complain. I am not sure if the speedy transfer was made of my payout because of this complaint I don't know. Yet I feel it is better to nip things in the bud instead of waiting for things to get worse. I want to let everyone know that Cool Cat has treated me with the best in customer care. I know they were a few days late and didn't tell me about my payout being put into ewallet but hey that's ok nobodies perfect. If they continue to treat me and others this way then Cool Cat is on it's way to becoming unrouged. I love Cool cat and of course everyone knows why. Well in seven to ten days I will have my money and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Cool Cat. Keep up the good work.
