It states in their payout process that it takes two weeks to process your payout. I submitted a payout request almost 1 month ago and it is still in the request process. I get no response when I contact their 24 hours support email and their options of customer support chat online services are either always offline or say they can't help me. This is not a good casino and it does not take that long to process a payout.

Please note that your payment has been uploaded so the processor will be sending it out within the next 48 hours. Please check your email in the next 48 hours for an email from Finance notifying you that your payment is on its way.

Also, upon reading the chat transcript, the support representative did tell you that the payment provider was to be starting your withdrawal within a few days and that you would receive an email as soon as the payment is sent out. She also apologized to you for the inconvenience and was very polite. I mention this since you stated above that "customer support chat online services are either always offline or say they can't help me".

I am sorry I have waited so long to respond but I was waiting for the Slots Plus casino to send my winnings. They sent me a check, but my bank has not deposited it because there seems to be a problem with the casino's bank verification. So no, I don't know if I have received anything yet.

Hello Rhonda,

Your bank merely needs to put the Check through the clearing process.

These Checks have always cleared and it is now your bank that is causing you a delay. Please speak with your Account Manager at the bank and ask them to begin the clearing process, if they have not already done so.
