From the middle of July I try to get money from the Prism casino, but they do not answer my letters, I sent several documents, but I did not receive a response from the casino, some of the addressees indicated on the site are not correct, from whom to ask when I will receive a payment of $ 200 do not understand, I need help because my payment processing takes 2 months and I do not understand whether I'm going to get paid by the casino or not.

I'm sorry for the delays you've been having and I'm doing my best to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
