I am an Australian player and on September 10 while I was playing a screen shot appeared telling me my account was suspended. I contacted chat and was told it was because of new regulations and advised to withdraw. When I asked why I had not been notified they said I was sent an email. No such email was received by me. I put in my withdrawal of $4478.50 and was notified that the withdrawal was pending. Since then despite many many emails to different addresses and speaking to someone on 1800 number in Australia ( which has now been disconnected) I have had not one word from any one connected with grand reef. All I want is what is owed to me. I have played there for 5 years and am appalled at this treatment.
