Win A Day Casino - My withdrawal has been voided

I make registration before 1 year and i get no deposit bonus i finish wargering and i make winning 98$ then i reguest withdrawal, they wont from me to show documents for veriffy my account but my ID card was broken and they dont accepted, after some time i make new ID card and i send them photo agane then they tell me that my winning has been voided becouse the system has located multiple related accounts registered to claim no
deposit bonuses, which is against Terms and Conditions. For this
reason, the other accounts were suspended and the withdrawal has been
voided. So my username is yulian1989 this is my first account that i make and i get no deposit bonus and i have win 98$ after then my account was pending for withdrawal. Meybe after that have register some accounts from my Pc, my usarname - yulian1989 - (i dont have other registrations before that account )

Congrats on your win. To reiterate, it's been over a year since you have initially won $98 at Winaday on a no deposit bonus and requested withdrawal.

As you also mentioned yourself, the low res pic of you holding your virtually unreadable id that you sent us about a year ago didn't pass our security checks, while the same happened to the low res pic that you sent earlier this year.

Furthermore, you have admitted yourself that there may have been more accounts opened through your computer, which is clearly against the Winaday's terms and have resulted in your withdrawal being voided.

Yulian1989, please be assured that we never intended to cancel the payment of your withdrawal but it seems that it was you who wasn't not playing by the book. In other words, it's not our fault that you were unable to comply with both my colleagues' instructions, nor with the site terms so there is not much I can do to help. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes have open 1 more account from my computer that is on my wife name i send you IDof her also, we are have 1 computer, and that happen after my account was suspended if that is the problem ok i will agree, my last New ID that i send you is legit , my account -Yulian1989 is First and one account that i use the no deposit bonus, i have speak with your team on live chat with account of my wife for my problem so u can see that i dont try to make cover to get more bonuses. must we are more corectrlly when the thing look like this, meybe that happen for good becouse if i was make deposit and make better winning then meybe will we the same.

Yulian1989, let's be clear:

1/ You had opened one account yourself back in 2013, claiming several no deposit bonuess, having this account discontinued in 2014. Then you've opened yet another account under the same id claiming at least one another no deposit bonus before requesting a withdrawal, which itself can be seen as a breach of the site terms.

2/ Besides that we found connections to more accounts than just your old one and your wife's. Another breach of the site terms.

3/ Unlike many come-and-go casino sites, or even established sites that have gone rogue, Slotland Entertainment, the mother company behind Winaday, has been around for over 15 years. And over those 15 years, we never ever had problem processing single withdrawal that was legitimate and made in compliance with site/bonus terms.

Just an explanation why such accusations that you made, implying we wouldn't pay out withdrawal if you deposited, are totally ungrounded.

Lastly, if you don't have any further evidence to provide, I'm afraid we hit the dead end here. Case closed?

The reson that dispute to happen is from that my username is yulian1989 that is my account name that cant we second of the list of my accounts im shure for that, how is possible to have 2 accounts with same usernames?

meybe your system dont stop me to make 2th account with same usarname then i will undurstend from where come the misunderstanding.

We have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Win A Day Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened an account back in 2013 and claimed the bonus, and then opened another account in his name in 2014 and claimed a no deposit bonus. Player by these actions violated general bonus term #7 http:/­/ww­w.w­ina­day­cas­­/en­/te­rms­-an­d-c­ond­itions and Bonus Cash Out Terms #6 http:/­/ww­w.w­ina­day­cas­­/en­/te­rms­-an­d-c­ond­itions

Based on all above stated our decision is to mark this complaint as resolved in casino's favor since the casino's actions were in total compliance with their bonus policy and terms.

We would like to remind player that further assistance on this case could be requested by the official regulatory body for Win a Day Casino.
